- Delivery can usually be expected within 4 to 7 working days from receipt of order. This may be faster if we have items in stock. This time frame may be extended for New Zealand Rural or South Island addresses and International.
- Every effort is made to ensure URGENT delivery requests are given priority, when possible. Please make sure to check with us if you are time sensitive.
- Notification will be given if there is a delay to supply due to stock holdings or production schedules.
WARNING FOR 'RURAL' DELIVERY: If your delivery address is Rural - You must provide full details of 'RD' number - OR, your order will be returned to us and will incur a second freight charge before we can dispatch again.
- All New Zealand orders placed are subject to a Pick & packing fee, plus a freight charge.
- Customers are welcome to collect their orders if preferred.
- Envelope World will contact the customer if freight will incur additional charges due to weight or destination.

- Cancellation of a general stock order will be accepted prior to dispatch, and a refund will be arranged. Exceptions: Bulk manufacturing, Custom manufacturing, Printing. If your Bulk, custom or printing work if already in production we cannot accept a cancellation of that order and will be supplied in full as originally ordered.
- Once an order or product has been dispatched, Envelope World will charge a restocking fee, min $10 or 10% which ever greater. It is the customers responsibility to return the envelopes in good condition. Once received EW will refund all envelopes in good condition. Exceptions: Bulk manufacturing, Custom manufacturing, Printing. If your Bulk, custom or printing work if already in production we cannot accept a cancellation of that order and will be supplied in full as originally ordered.
Returns for Replacement or refund
- Envelope World will accept goods by return for replacement or refund, Envelope World will charge a restocking fee, min $10 or 10% which ever greater.
- Condition: Orders must be returned in full as per originally supplied by Envelope World.
- Exception: Original freight charges are not refundable.
- Exception: Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances for bulk or custom products or services manufactured or printed specifically for your bulk order requirements and or made to your own specifications.
