- Delivery can usually be expected within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of order. This time frame may be extended for New Zealand Rural or South Island addresses and International.
- Every effort is made to ensure URGENT delivery requests are given priority, when possible.
- Notification will be given if there is a delay to supply due to stock holdings or production schedules.
WARNING FOR 'RURAL' DELIVERY: If your delivery address is Rural - You must provide full details of 'RD' number - OR, your order will be returned to us and will incur a second freight charge before we can despatch again.
- All New Zealand orders placed are subject to a $7.00 packing & freight charge*
- Customers are welcome to collect their orders if preferred.
- Envelope World will contact the customer if freight will incur additional charges due to weight or destination.
- 'Courier Post NZ Ltd' is our contracted delivery company.

- Cancellation of a general stock order will be accepted prior to despatch, and a refund will be arranged. Exceptions: Bulk manufacturing, Custom manufacturing, Printing. If your Bulk, custom or printing work if already in production we cannot accept a cancellation of that order and will be supplied in full as originally ordered.
- Once an order or product has been despatched, Envelope World Ltd will do our up-most to have the goods returned from any contracted Courier company before delivery. In this instance you will be credited the full amount of the invoice less any courier charges incurred.
- Should retrieval from the contractor not achieved before delivery to you or your third-party delivery address, it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned, please refer to our returns policy section below.
Returns for Replacement or refund
- Envelope World will accept goods by return for replacement or refund, provided notice is given with 30 working days’ from delivery. Contact Us
- Exception: Orders must be returned in full as per originally supplied by Envelope World.
- Exception: Original freight charges are not refundable, and returning freight costs will be at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
- Exception: Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances for bulk or custom products or services manufactured or printed specifically for your bulk order requirements and or made to your own specifications.
