These 'Conditions of Sale' apply to all Web based purchases.

Delivery:
- Delivery can be expected within 4 working days from receipt of order. This time frame may be extended for Rural or South Island addresses.
- Notification will be given if there is a delay to supply due to stock holdings or production schedules.
- Every effort is made to ensure URGENT delivery requests are given priority, when possible.

Freight:
- All orders placed are subject to freight charges*
- Collection of orders is permitted on notification. *Freight charges will be deducted in this instance.
- Envelope World will contact the customer if freight will incur additional charges due to weight or destination.
- 'Courier Post NZ Ltd' is our contracted delivery company.
- SPECIAL delivery requests will be considered - please Contact Us for options.
- Multiple orders can be combined to one address to reduce freight costs.

No Questions Asked - Return Policy:

We are so confident that you will be absolutely happy with your envelopes, that Envelope World will accept goods for return and credit No Questions Asked, provided notice is given within 15 working days from delivery.**
** Original freight charges are not refundable, and returning freight costs will be at the customers expense, unless otherwise agreed.
** Orders must be returned in full as per original order supplied.
